Overall it was great. It was a birthday gift for a friend and she was delighted. The biggest issue I had was purchasing it from one country and having it delivered in another country. That was quite awkward which is the only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5. The product itself is lovely.

The website was easy and clear to follow .. Lots of choices on the website and much were on offer too. Plenty of updates letting me know about my order and when it was arriving. First time I've ordered and was happy with my charm which was a present it looked exactly like the picture . Would recommend .

The website is easy to navigate to find what you want. Prices are reasonable. The descriptions are precise. The charm arrived well packaged and secure as they are small. It arrived when stated. I was delighted with my purchase and know my daughter will love it too. The little gift bag is a lovely touch.

Really bad experience. When the charm i ordered showed up, it was damaged with rust on it. I wrote costumer service, but they said that: "From the picture we can't see any defect that can be covered by our legal guarantee. " After i wrote them explaining that, it is illegal according to the EU online shopping regulation they simply just did not answer me.

Dear Nikoline, We regret reading your review. All our jewelry is made with a stainless steel base and will not rust. We reviewed the photo you sent us and admitted that there was certainly a small residue from the manufacturing process on your Link. All charms are handmade, and this is possible. We therefore asked you to try cleaning with a toothbrush and a soft cloth and let us know if this residue was removed. We would have been more than happy to send you a replacement or offer a price reduction if this solution did not work. Unfortunately, your response was rude and threatening and did not contribute to resolving your issue. If you wish to get in touch with us again, we will be more than willing to assist.
