I ordered a 21st link and an 18th link. When they arrived the links where joined together. I was expecting them to be separate - because I wanted them for two separate occasions. Clearly I wouldn't want an 18th and a 21st link together. It look me ages to separate them as I find the links difficult to remove. This was just sloppy from nomination.

Good morning we regret to read your message but i'm glad to explain our policy. At the check-out there is the possibility to add a gift box that it's composed by: 1 shopping bag, 1 small ribbon, 1 gift message. Fab service, quick, easy and come signed for delivery. My only criticism is the card envelope they come in is far far too big. But small flat pack box inside was brill to pop up and use as they were for a gift. Lovely charms the 10 year old recipient was happy.

Hi! It is with great pleasure that I recommend buying on this website. Quality is Great, and the selection is top notch, but the discount codes given out as encouragenemt to purchase are poor. Minimum spend is usually €50 yet the items are €45.

The charm I ordered on line was just as good as I was expecting good quality and liked the design the it was delivered to me in Spain within 3 days which i thought was excellent considering the times we are in
