I was disappointed with the packaging. Ordered 3 items, only received one box. The charms were all in one folded over cardboard piece. Didn't look like anyone cared.

I'm incredibly happy with my new Nomination bracelet. I placed my order hoping for a specific delivery date, and the delivery was very fast, exceeding my expectations. The bracelet itself resembles the online description and photos perfectly. The quality is fantastic for the price point.

I ordered 2 charms, 1 for each of my granddaughters Christmas. Unfortunately I have received them joined together and only 1 present box. I have no way of separating the charms.

Spectacular customer service. Had a personalisation on the item and was kept upto date. Needed it for a certain time frame and everything was done to ensure I received it on time.

i purchased a few charms and one bracelet as part of christmas presents. I received all charms attached together and only one box to put the charms in. i messaged customer service to explain that i didnt realise that i wouldnt get boxes as if there was anything they could do to help. The reply i got was unsatisfactory to say the least. i was told that i should have picked the gift option which i didnt know they had and they would do nothing to help this
