Ordered online, picked out which charm I wanted and had it engraved. It arrived quicker than expected and I was extremely pleased with the charm. Excellent service and will not hesitate to use again.

The service I received was extremely shocking. I placed my order through the website and a couple days after I had made the purchase I still had not received a tracking/shipment number so started to get concerned one as I spent a fair amount of money, secondly being close to Christmas to then received an outrageous email back telling me it would be here at the end of the year and I should have read about last day shipment which the website never said anything about as if was the case would of ordered closer to home. I had replied to that response back asking that I would just like a refund one because of attitude and secondly they was Christmas presents so would of been no good, to then miraculously get sent a shipment email after being told I’m “LUCKY” they have sent it out!!! Completely poor and outrageous and I definitely will not be using your website again.

Dear Customer we regret to read your review. As stated on the web-site, the delivery in time for Christmas was guarantee for all the orders placed by 15/12. So we replied to you and explained this. Anyway, our logistic dept. has continued to ship the orders placed after this date. In your case, the parcel was ready to be shipped so we shipped it before Christmas. We replied to you informing that the parcel was ready to be shipped. If we had not been able to ship by Christmas, we would have made the refund as requested. Regards Giada from Nomination Staff

Would not order again due to unreasonably long delivery time - 12 days from ordering to delivery. Products fine, as expected.

First time ordering from nomination & abroad. The website was easy to use. Very pleased with the whole process. My item arrived in time for christmas.
