Was supposed to be 5-7 working days delivery after 10 days was told it was ongoing and after 14 days i had to message again as order still hadnt come it was sent out after i messaged

As stated on the website, (on terms and conditions page), the shipping times can changed in particular period of the year. Delivery took longer than expected. The link came very poorly presented. A box is the least a paying customer expects, not a small piece of cardboard. I will not be purchasing from nomination again.

Would have been a higher rated review however ordered 2 items as separate presents & they arrived attached together with only one gift package. Disappointing.

We've not received any request from your parcel about the separate packaging. For next time please, write a note on the notes field at the check-out. The ordering process was easy. Communication was fine except I got an email saying my order was put on hold and to contact either yourselves or the delivery company, I did both.... dhl couldn't help me and I got a reply from you saying that its and automatic email... why? Theres no need to panic your customers for no reason. It arrived on time and well packaged but the engraving all looked squashed on it and some of the black paint was missing from the string of the balloon. Overall I wasnt happy with the charm that I had paid £37 for. I had to gift it the next day so cant return it. I emailed to say all this and the reply I got was a 20% off my next order code.... theres no way I'll be ordering from yourselves again I'll go to my local stockists of nomination instead.
