Website easy to use. Order came quickly. I even got an email from someone from customer service asking me to message them once I had collected the parcel because I asked for it to be delivered to a collection point

Delivery time didn’t take too long although I did not receive a gift bag like it stated all nomination charms come with gift bag

Dear Customer we regret to read your review. I've checked your order but the gift box was not been added at the check-out. Please, for next time, add the kit to receive the shopping bag. Happy with purchase. Customer service answered queries promptly. Delivery was a few days longer due to Black Friday deals and Christmas. Overall satisfied with service

No gift bag came with charms, takes away the niceness of the gift as it comes in just a tiny square cardboard packet which isn't a nice way of presenting gift to others. If I had purchased in the shop I would have received better packaging more representative of a gift. Won't order online again.
