Shopping with Nomination is easy and works well, from ordering to delivery. No complaints there. Only point of criticism: I live in the Dutch speaking part of Belgium, but once you select Belgium as your country, all communication is in French. Please note that more than half of Belgium speaks Dutch, so it would be nice to have the option to choose Dutch as language as well. Or just English, because I only speak a little French and I did not understand most of the e-mails sent to me...

I ordered a double link for someone’s Birthday, when it arrived one of the stones was missing. I called customer service and after a week of sending photos and emails they wrote back and told me to send it back for repair. I don’t think this is the answer for something that was clearly defective before they sent it out. They’ve totally ruined the Birthday surprise and I’ve now had to go out and purchase a replacement present as the situation hasn’t been resolved in time.
