My first time ordering direct from Nomination. I love the choice of links to choose from, delivery was as promised. I had a problem with one of the links having a fault and sent an email, I received a response very quickly and within a couple of hours my query had been dealt with. Excellent customer service.

Gift card came crunched, bent and unpresentable. Can’t really present it as a gift. Would not buy a physical version again. The website is very difficult to navigate.
