Very professional company to deal with. I had a query and my email was answered quickly. The jewellery I ordered arrived promptly and I was kept up to date at all times. I have bought a lot of nomination jewellery over the years and have always been happy with it.

Absolutely brilliant service. Was a little sceptical about ordering from abroad, however there were no issues with my order. I was kept fully updated about delivery etc.

Products are great and excellent quality. However, delivery took a long time and was held up for a few days in Germany. I had to alter my plans to stay in to sign for the parcel and then it didn’t even turn up which was very inconvenient. I would have appreciated more frequent updates.

The parcel has been shipped by an external courier so the delay in shipment is out of our control. Anyway, we're happy to check with the courier why the delivery was delayed 2 days.
