Found the website a bit hit or miss ( as I added to bag , original purchases disappeared) but got there eventually so just took a little longer and things went smoothly from there on. Would purchase from them again!

I absolutely love the bracelet and charms I got. The order was processed really quickly and dispatched and delivered in no time. I was kept informed at all times of the status of the order. Will definitely order again and will recommend to friends.

Would be good if Nomination used a courier who can actually deliver the product. DHL failed one delivery. I rearranged a different delivery day/address and they just sent the parcel back to Nomination.

Ordered two charms for my Mums birthday. Five days after I made the order I received an email saying part of it wasn't available and wouldn't be delivered until after the day of my Mums birthday. I expected the one available to be sent anyway, but it wasn't even though I asked about it. I asked twice that I would be refunded the money I'd paid for postage, and was ignored twice. The charms eventually came the day after mums birthday. Not a satisfying first encounter with the Nomination website, won't be using again.

We asked to our logistic dept. a speedy shipment for your order. We did our best to ship it asap. About the refund of shipping cost, we cannot refund it because the payment was already completed. The delivery time for my item was very poor. I am aware no deliveries were being made until 14th January but I ordered my item on the 13th and had to contact the company to ask when I would receive it. It did not arrive until 29th January. Not the delivery time I would expect, I was very disappointed as the item was a gift.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. We regret if this delay may cause you an inconvenience, this is not the service we offer generally. As stated on the website we resumed the shipment on the 14/01 due to inventory closing. We inform all our customer about this delay at the "check-out" page. This means that we started to ship all the order received received from dec. 20th starting from the 14/01. Generally our shipping times are 3/5 working days. I ordered and paid for 3 items after a week my ordered didn't arrive. I emailed nomination customer service who informed me 1 item was out of stock but the item was expected the following week and the order would be dispatched. Apart from the little blip very happy with service I could follow the item from nomination to delivery point.
