Order delivered correctly , but ordered on 6th jan , delivered on 30th , seemed too long

The charms were in the sale, therefore,even with the cost of delivery , they were a good buy. Highly satisfied with the charms however, the delivery said 3-4 days but it took 7 days (excluding Sunday) I would purchase direct again.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. We're glad you liked the jewels but sorry for the delay in shipment. Generally our shipping times are 3/5 working days. Anyway the little delay was caused by the closing of our company for 14 days for inventory of stock. Please, accept our apologies for this. Charm was lovely. Really impressed with the Fantasia Captain Hook charm, brightly coloured and well made. Packaged really well and arrived quickly. Would definitely order through nomination again.

I ordered three gifts to come in time for the birthday as the website said I would get it 1 day before my bestfriends birthday. Didn’t come until 4 days after. Terrible delivery. Will not be ordering online again!

Good morning, Thank you for your review. We regret to read your message. As stated on the web-site, our shipping times are 3/5 working days. Your order has been placed on Friday and it has been shipped on Thursday. Generally we are able to ship the orders within 3 working days but this is a particular period because our company has been closed 2 weeks due to the inventory of stock. Please, accept our apologies if you not received your order in time. I also suggest you for the next time to contact us via email if you need the parcel in a specific date. Ordered 12th Jan, item went Italy Germany France then Malta on 25th !!!! Unacceptable.

Good morning, Thank you for your review. The parcel has been delivered within 1 day from the moment of the shipment. (parcel shipped 24th, delivered 25th). In effect i notice that the tracking number shows a particular tour around many countries but i suppose this is a technical problem. The delay in shipment was due to the inventory of stock.
