I bought a charm I'd been looking at and with the offer of a free bracelet I thought I'd treat myself. I paid for the extra to have it engraved. I entered my name twice as I thought it was to check spelling. Unfortunately they have printed it twice!! Customer service was lovely and prompt but as I hadn't 'spotted' mistake in my receipt it's tough luck. So won't be using engraving service again. Disappointed with end result x Due to not speaking Italian I guess this was lost in translation. There should be some way you can place your order and then 'see' what it would look like.

Anyway, as we explained via email, our laboratories engrave exactly what the customer requests in the order. The web-site permits to fill 1 line only, it's not necessary to fill both the lines. The items with personalizations cannot be returned and refunded because they are jewels created under a specific request. I Hope you can appreciate the promocode already given via email.
