Fast delivery! Excellent charms as described. Only downside was that because it came with a free bracelet the charms were put on it without being in seperate charm boxes. Wouldn’t be an issue but they were for different people and the boxes would have been helpful. Maybe this should be an option at the checkout? Overall though great service.

the order process was easy, however got the composable offer with the free bracelet, the charms i ordered were gifts but all came attached to the bracelet... was then short of five links missing.. not happy as i had to use the ones iv taken off my own

I care also to inform you that, as business policy, we never ship a starter composable bracelet without any decorative link. Our Bracelet was born with the aim to tell your story and we cannot tell your story without any decorated links. For this reason we added the charms on the bracelet base! At the same time we not received any specific request about the details of the packaging. I hope you can understand our position and you can appreciate the promocode already given via email. I loved shopping on nominations website. I was ordering a bracelet and some links for my mum's 50th birthday. She loved them! When one of the products was out of stock nomination did everything they could to ensure the product was with me in time. They went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough. I 100% recommend nomination everyone!😀

I have been a nomination customer for many years now. Bought lots of charms for my partners bracelet. But shopping on your website was a disaster. The site kept crashing as soon as i found the item i was looking for, and entering my billing/delivery address was a nightmare! I also paid extra for a birthday message to be put inside and it was a poor attempt at best. A small piece of card with some text crudely printed on a label and stuck on the back. Not my idea of a £3 birthday extra if you ask me. Then to further my frustration. I asked for discreet packaging as its for a birthday and it arrived with a huge "thank you for shopping with nomination" sticker plastered on the front and completely ruined the surprise of it! This HAS NOT been a great experience and I for have lost faith slightly.

We have never received this kind of our feedback and, above all, you also received a shopping bag in order to insert the packaging on it. The adhesive is attached to the external resistant envelope for the shipping; the packaging of the charm is different. I have been a customer of Nominations for a long time. I have compiled bracelets for two daughters, a granddaughter as well as two for myself. The quality is superb and the customer service is second to none. I’m very pleased.

The links came scratched. The link was illegible. All links were placed on one bracelet. They were for different people. I was accused of scratching the links even though they are still in the box they came in. How dare a company blame the customer for their mistakes. I am still trying to get the issues resolved. Shocking service and I have been a customer for many years. If this is how loyal customers are treated then I can not see why I should continue to spend my hard earned money with the company.

Customer service was remarkable. Questions were answered promptly by email. They also follow-up on the order with tracking info etc. Package arrived so quick to Canada, and in a beautifully branded package. Highly recommended.
