I added 2 charms to my basket and automatically a jewellery box was added which stated *FREE*. However when I checked my receipt I had been charged for the jewellery box. When I contacted the company they said it wasn’t free just down to £10 instead of £25. Very misleading! Please be aware of this and check your basket!

Dear Customer, We are really sorry to read your review. As we explained via email, the promotion consisted on a discount of the Composable Jewellery Box price. The customer was able to remove the item from the shopping bag. At the same time, we refunded the price of the Jewellery box as you requested. We advertised the promotion as it was!
