Fantastic service. Easy to order and add to cart. Correspondence was good and received item within a couple of weeks of ordering. Only negative that I have is around the packaging. Such a small item shouldn't warrant the amount of wrapping it was received in. Not good for the environment.

I would like to inform you that our company shipped your parcel in time, as you can read on our shipping detailes on the web-site; the delivery has delayed 1 day due to a problem of the courier. About the invoice, in your order was not present a gift message or a message on the notes's field where you asked a particular wrapping for the link ordered. We can not insert the invoice on the parcel but we need a specific request from the customer.
