Ordering on line rather than going into town gave me more time too pick the pieces my daughter wanted. Delivery was quick and I didn't mind paying the £9 delivery charge as items were dispatch that day and received next day. Excellent Service

really like the Composable links but have 2 complaints------- I have made previous purchases for 2 grandsons and both grown boys have shown me that the enamel paints rubs off the Flag links after time. Secondly--I would like to see a better (expanded) choice of different country flags. We have traveled to many different places on vacations ( usually countries with beaches like the Dominic Republic) but I didn't find a flag for the various countries.

Dear Customer Thank you for your review on Feedaty. As I have wrote via email, Nomination uses cold enamel because hot enamel would damage the gold and silver symbols. Despite this precaution it is possible that the enamel can "disappear", this is due to the enamel "leaking out" of the link due to the protective coating being damaged. The protective coating can be damaged by water, repeated knocks or blows. About new charms, it's possible that in the future our design dep will produce new flags! The website was difficult to navigat on iPad and iPhone, it froze and I couldn't get it to work. When eventually I did on laptop it didn't recognise the code on my gift voucher!

I live in Australia and received my order within 10 days. I was kept up to date of where the order was in the process, when it was dispatched and when it was to be delivered. I purchase on line goods rarely and this was an easy process and will be sure to order from this site again.

The online gift card code was not easy to use initiall which led to the whole expereince being difficult to purchase & I had to return goods because money had been taken out of my bank account instead of the use of the gift code. This meant I had further costs to pay to return items. Once these had been returned my bank account was refunded. I then had to go through the whole experience of ordering again. The emails I received following this situation were helpful, however I will not use the online service again as the ordering expereince was not good & I am out of pocket due to the return costs.

The online purchases are managed directly from our company and, to receive a refund, it was necessary to ship back the items as you did.
