Easy to navigate website. Order came within the week which was much quicker than the 4 - 6 weeks quoted by our local outlet. Kept up-to-date on order progress.

Process was easy and convenient, delivery was fast and efficient, and the products were beautiful and of good quality. Could not have asked for better service.

Good quality, even though the links are a bit smaller than I expected from the pictures. Fast shipment. However, UPS left my parcel in UPS-point which was VERY far from my delivery address. Would be great if it was possible to chose another shipment method/company. Webpage worked very bad in mobile version, I was unable to make bracelet of more than 2 links, however there was no problem accessing it from the computer.

I like nomination products but the delivery service could be improved.i received my order confirmation a week later and delivery company did not contact me to check when I was at home to deliver my nomination to me directly.i had to pick it up in a spot that was not very convenient for me.i think delivery could be improved.

The reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5, is purely based on the fact that when i ordered the item, there was no indication on the website that it was out of stock. After a couple of weeks, I contacted Customer Services, and was informed that the item was still out of stock, but there was still no indication on the website. Saying this, the Customer Services representative (Giada), was extremely friendly and helpful, and assisted in expediting the process. Also, as soon as the item was available in stock, it was arranged to be sent via Express Delivery, and it then arrived in a very timely manner. If there had been an indication about the stock on the website, for sure I would rate 5 stars

I ordered the double "mum" link for Mother's Day this year. Initially I felt £8 was a high price for delivery but the service was excellent and I am very pleased that it came within plenty time for Sunday - next day after dispatch! The customer service I received from Giada was exceptional. A very personal interaction with prompt replies and detailed updates on my purchase. This is the highest level of customer service I have received from a company via email so thank you again to Giada.

Bracelets links are fab!!delivery of items very prompt!!the only problem I had was when looking for links if I ordered one, when I went back to look at more the site brought me back to the beginning page of the links..not where I left off!!was very time consuming and frustrating!!other than that..very happy!!
