An item from my order was missing and it took both a WhatsApp and an email before customer service contacted me. When I finally contacted i had to send a picture off the missing item. Issue was finally resolved but still awaiting the missing item.

My order was delivered to the wrong address by the carrier. Although this is not your fault, you have been very slow in following it up and don't seem interested in letting me have a replacement or a refund. I'm still waiting.

We are aware that they took a few days more than the expected to confirm the loss of your package. On the other side, we really did out best and followed up your case daily. I recently made some purchases as gifts for upcoming significant birthdays and life events. All have been delivered and i am deligted with them. Online chat function was super fast and helpful.
