I recently made some purchases as gifts for upcoming significant birthdays and life events. All have been delivered and i am deligted with them. Online chat function was super fast and helpful. Delivery was extremly quick so i was delighted with that! All in all a very positvie experience and i will definatley recommend to friends and family.

I ordered a charm, the letter S with stones. It was mis-shipped and I received an S without stones. On 3/12, I received an email from Carolina apologizing for the error and was told that an "urgent Shipping" of the correct charm was underway. It is now 3/20 and I have yet to receive the correct charm. Fred Pisciotta

It was a little tricky using the website on an iPad, but apart from that the whole experience was great and the products (including a personalised charm) arrived very quickly.
