Purchased beautiful earrings and before I even got a chance to wear them, I see that they were defective and they wouldn’t close. I emailed customer service and I have been going back-and-forth three days and they will not send me a label to just send them back the requesting videos and stuff like that I just got them. Shouldn’t be so hard when the product just arrived and your customer is telling you they are defective. You should be sending the money back and a return label ASAP instead of going back back-and-forth via email for days.

I love the products, the meaning & purpose. I have my bracelet since 1999 and now my daughters have their own and I am about to buy one for my son on his next bday. 📌Ref. Communication during shipping: love it. Keep sending us emails and texts as well. 📌Ref. Website: it is not easy to navigate when we only want to add links. It is not easy to do it. It takes a while to find out how to put them in favorite only. Also when we want to check out it is not easy when we want to choose only one of the favorite items. It shows “add all” or something like that. I had to start over again. 📌Ref. Buying one bracelet already made with one link. When I liked one, I wanted to choose it and add links and I could not. Is that because is not possible or because I did not find the way? Ty! Gracias!
