I ordered a link for a bracelet as part of a Birthday Present for my mother and the ordering was easy and the website easy to use. I had some engraving done so expected a little delay but it still came very quick. There was a problem with the engraving a small missing character, when I told Nomination, their customer service was superb, really apologetic and jumped straight onto it sending me a replacement really quickly. Despite the small issue of the original engraving, overall I got a 5 star service. Thank you.

I have found the service very pleasant. The choosing proccess was easy, but I would prefer to have other lenghts for watches just like for the bracelets. Changing the links was a bit hard and I saw some tools online that would make it a lot easier. I would prefer to have an option for purchasing that. One of the links was somehow broken, I couldnt put that one in place, fortunetly, the watch still fit me. For these minor issues, I chose to vote for four starts, but Nomination will still be one of my favourite brand, I just hope to see these improvements. Hope to shop soon again!

Purchased beautiful earrings and before I even got a chance to wear them, I see that they were defective and they wouldn’t close. I emailed customer service and I have been going back-and-forth three days and they will not send me a label to just send them back the requesting videos and stuff like that I just got them. Shouldn’t be so hard when the product just arrived and your customer is telling you they are defective. You should be sending the money back and a return label ASAP instead of going back back-and-forth via email for days.
