Dissapointed. When you buy charms you get to keep the links to create a new bracelets when you buy them as a bracelet you don’t get to keep the links. I thought the whole ethos was to keep the links to starts a new bracelet and “nominate” someone else to collect one..

Good morning We regret to read your review. As stated on the website, when you create a bracelet from the configurator page, you add a decorative link and the empty Links is removed from the composition and its cost deducted. This is why you need to select the FINAL LENGHT of the bracelet at the beginning of the composition. Regards, Giada

Good service, I contacted them to check they had my order and timescales and the were very courteous and friendly. My order came to the UK within around 2 weeks but that was for a lovely engravement too. Very happy with my bracelet and the service I received.

Speedy delivery and quality charms how ever when you purchase 3. And 3 boxes and 3 bags you don’t expect them to come joined together l had to find someone urgently on Christmas Eve to separate them very annoying and cannot understand why they would be sent this way so tip to self make sure you add a note charms to sent I singular form

I was purchasing a bracelet for my granddaughter for Christmas. Ordering it was easy, but what I was looking for wasn't available (flag of Sicily). However, my granddaughter was over the moon with what I purchased (daisy with center diamond). The daisy was smaller than what I expected, but it worked for her. Thanks!
