I ordered my beautiful bracelet. I live in Florida, USA and the bracelet is to tight. They approved my exchange but unfortunately, I can't exchange it because the shipping cost is way more expensive then the actual bracelet. So, I have no choice but to keep it. That has me very upset. I will not be buying anymore with Nomination. So, if anyone from the USA is purchasing any items which they are beautiful just make sure you are buying the correct item because an exchange or return is very pricey.

. The bracelet arrived unfortunately it is too big. I then requested to return the item but had to contact them via WhatsApp Facebook an email and eventually they responded. To return the item going to cost me £13.50 so ultimately I have had no choice but to keep it. I will never buy direct from Nomination again.

You have amazing customer service and shipping to the US is also fast and efficient. I wish they have different color composable bracelets and also offer the new nomination trademark composable charm for separate purchase so I can add it to my older bracelets . Otherwise , your quality of your jewelry is really nice . And I always look forward to ordering more. Thank you

Very pleased with the purchase of my Nomination turquoise charm and my turquoise bracelet, the items were well packaged and arrived at a reasonable time. Very hard to find December turquoise birthstone so was very happy to find Nomination had some.

We all wear Nomination bracelets, but the charms are quite hard to find in stores. Ordering direct is so easy, fast delivery, fantastic packaging and price. I had to order one that was engraved and it was perfect. Thank you Nomination

I bought 2 Egyptian flags as presents unfortunately the 2 were stuck together i didn't know how to separate had to get someone to help and only 1 gift box sent so I wasn't impressed the charms are lovely but it did spoil the experience of gifting

I have a bracelet from nomination and I wore it every day for 20 years. Now I have a matching watch and they fit and look beautiful! Delivery was very fast, especially because I am not from Italy and everything was packed perfectly.

Ordered 2 bracelets. Both are lovely! One was a gift and they loved it and been getting compliments. Delivery was smooth and on time. Highly recommend.
