My shopping experience was impeccable. The purchased item arrived one day late but the Nomination team and support were very comforting when consulted and it was overall a shopping experience I look forward to repeating.

The May birthstone is emerald and the stone that was sent looks nothing like an emerald. The image of this stone on the website is vibrant and is totally misleading and inaccurate. You said I could send it back but at a cost of €8 already paid for delivery and another €8 for return this was hardly the best solution. You informed me that the other stones are the same colour. I feel you should change the stone on your website as it is an inaccurate representation and a false trade description.

The experience was good, everything was sent and received in the expected time. The only thing I can mention is that the shipping fees are quite expensive for such a small product.

As always it was great ........but there was was issue I wasn't happy about. I had a necklace engraved and whoever did it didn't take any time or pride in putting into the box correctly and when we opened it the chain was all knotted and tangled which wasn't great as it took some time to put right ....it's the little things that make the difference

Purchased a bracelet for my daughter, however I also purchased extra pieces to add. Received the bracelet with all the items added but none of the original links.

I rang nomination due to my order had been in a number of weeks before Christmas. Just to confirm it would arrive on time. I was assured it would be, I was emailed a tracking number. I could see it had been shipped that morning and arrived 4 days before Christmas. Excellent customer service.
