I had a personalised charm and their customer service was amazing. They contacted me within 24 hours of ordered to say that what I wanted was too big, i sent another option and they confirmed it would work. The final product arrived just as I wanted it. Couldn’t be happier.

Quick response from the customer service. Speedy delivery, only few days to UK. Love the bracelet and all charms. One came a bit discoloured but I managed to clean it. Got many compliments on it!

It was an easy process and the delivery was fairly quick considering I had an item engraved. It was purchased as a gift for a friend which she loved. The gift wrap I felt does not match the quality of the product.

Very disappointed with the experience.the link I order was a birthstone for September clearly showing blue in the picture on your site. The link I got has a white stone and I am told the stones can didn’t really big difference between emerald blue and white. Looked to return it and am told I will have to lose the postage price myself. Very bad service as I think your picture on your site is so misleading. Also it was a birthday gift for my daughter and she was so disappointed on her birthday .

I recently ordered a charm from the Nomination Jewellery website, and while the charm itself is lovely, the shopping experience was quite disappointing. It's not made clear when you order that the items are shipped from Italy, which results in lengthy delivery times. They use DHL for shipping and provided tracking information with a confirmed delivery date. However, my package arrived three days later than promised. When I contacted customer support about the delay, they simply blamed the courier. Since they chose the courier, I expected them to handle the issue on my behalf rather than passing the responsibility. If you're in the UK and need your order quickly, I strongly recommend buying from a UK-based jewelry shop or a physical store rather than waiting over a week for delivery. I paid extra for the gift packaging since this charm was meant to be a present. The gift bag and packaging are indeed beautiful (though they arrive flat-packed), but it was all useless to me. I was traveling abroad for the birthday and had to source another gift at the last minute because the charm didn’t arrive in time. In summary, the charm is nice, but the shipping process and customer service make it not worth the hassle if you're on a timeline.

We provide an express delivery service to the UK and usually packages are delivered in 24/48h. It may happen, due to the organization of the courier itself, due to custom issues or simply to a high volume of parcels to be delivered, that the courier takes 24h more to let you have your package. This is what happened in your case and we are sorry for that. Having dispatched the parcel in 3 working days, we managed to respect our standard shipping times even with such short delay anyway.
