The links are beautiful. However I bought two seperate links and they arrived stuck together. They are for me and my daughter. Now I cant seperate them.

Dear Maeve, thanks for your review. Standard packaging requires that all our Links are shipped hooked together. In fact, if they are intended for the same person, the fact that they are joined makes it easier to insert them into the bracelet. First item was missing! They did help and gave me a gift card but it took too long! Hard when you’re buying birthday gifts as I had to buy a seperate gift and was stuck with a gift card (luckily Xmas is coming up) but if I don’t get my item it’s illegal to offer a gift card over a refund

The bracelet took ages to come back after i had ordered it 2 week before it arrived. The bracelet broke 2 days after use of it. I am absolutely appalled by this. WILL NOT BE PURCHASING AGAIN.

Very prompt and efficient service with delivery exactly on time. Butterfly bracelet is very dainty and pretty, although a little smaller than expected.
