When ordering on line I did not realise that the item would be coming from the EU thus incurring a £10.00 postage fee. Maybe this should be explained before ordering on line.

Terrible service, customer service very unhelpful ordered items and was available on website and then not but was not informed of the delay

Dear Tamara, we sincerely regret reading your review. The item ordered was clearly shown as not in stock at the time of purchase. It had run out of stock a couple of days before and the website was updated with such information. We regret if that was not enough clear during the purchase process. Easy to use website , the bracelet & charms and gift box & card came quickly and was well boxed it looked lovely and just what I wanted It was a gift and she loved it

Website easy to use. Despatch and delivery time good. Adequately packaged in a jiffy bag and although the ring ordered was in a box there wasn't any gift packaging like is provided in retail outlets.
