I can easily give Olico.it a five star rating. Their website was clear about product choice and user friendly with respect to payment, shipping, etc. My online order was processed quickly, and I received emails indicating when my order would arrive. My order arrived as planned in a well packed box. All things considered my business with Olico.it was a positive experience, and I would highly recommend them. Hello 'm satisfied with the olive oil. But I'm not happy with UPS. UPS is one of the worst companies. This is the third time UPS did not deliver the item to my home. They say I was not available. It's a lie, a lie, a lie. It's a shame that you hire this company.

Unfortunately couriers have a different approach in each area and sometimes we know they make mess. This is the reason we offer UPS and DHL. In this way customers can choose the one that work better in their area. In any case if you advise us we can force UPS to remake a delivery.
