I'm giving 2 stars. A serious issue with the courier caused me to lose 3 full days of work. Although the company isn't directly responsible, they completely failed to honour their commitment by refusing any commercial gesture, neither a voucher nor a refund of shipping costs. Even worse, I was bounced back and forth between them and the courier in an unbearable game of ping-pong, that clearly shows how much the customer is despised.

As previously explained, when the recipient manages the shipment directly with the courier—such as requesting a delivery date change or providing alternative instructions—our ability to intervene becomes limited. Unfortunately, this can lead to delays that are outside of our control. We provided the best possible solutions available at the time, and while we are always here to assist you, we must rely on the courier’s processes and timelines, over which we do not have direct authority. Once again, we regret the frustration this situation has caused and truly hope to offer you a smoother experience in the future.

Die Auswahl und Sortierung bei olico.it macht es uns leicht Köstlichkeiten auszuwählen. Die Bestellung ist wieder sehr schnell geliefert worden und alle Produkte entsprechen der Präsentation. Wir haben wieder ein Stück Italien zu Hause und genießen das sehr.
