Kaffee wie immer richtig gut, durch die Auswahl des Liegerservice DHL auch eine superschnelle Lieferung. Wäre nur super wenn es darauf nicht unbedingt zu so einen hohen Aufpreis kommen würde. Danke!!!

Das bestellte Olivenöl kaufe ich zum wiederholten Mal. Ich finde es schmackhaft. Der Bestellvorgang ist einfach und unkompliziert. Beim Versand ist leider etwas daneben gegangen. Beim umlabeln des Päckchens von FedEx auf Hermes ging leider etwas daneben und es wurde an einen anderen Empfänger gesandt.

Unfortunately a poor rating this time. Olico awarded me a 10% discount, which when applied, takes out the free shipping. So I end up with a higher total charge using Olico’s “discount “. These are not ok practices.

Dear Alex, it's just a matter of calcualtion. Apllying the discount code your total order was below the amount for shipping free and the system automatically apply shipment cost. There are no any strange practices . If in your next order you have doubt contact our customer care before to finalyze it.
