Good and quality products but bad delivery. I waited for 3 weeks to receive something within the EU. Orders from other sites arive twice as fast, at least. In addition no one informed me in advance about the date and the time of the delivery. The delivery guys called me when they were on the address (while I was in a meeting) and refused to come to my floor so I had to go out and find where they've parked. Since I'm not buying directly from the producer I'll probably search for other options.

Shopping good and very easy. Very prompt service and quick delivery; since there was a problem with UPS, two bottles were broken in transport. After reporting it and sending photographs of the damaged content, the two bottles were replaced within two days, free of charge. Needless to say I highly appreciate the excellent service of your company. You can count on me as a returning customer!

We ordered 10 packages of coffee beans with Olico.it for the first time, everything went fine! Easy and clear order process, payment via Sofortüberweisung worked smoothly and delivery was relatively fast and transparent with UPS, including regular status updates.
