I ordered sunglasses and they came defective, they do not sit flat on the head or on a flat surface, they are slanted and asymmetrical. I sent the pictures too. Their answear is: … the product is worked entirely by hand, so if it does not rest on the surface it does not constitute a defect but as highlighted but simply modeled if it comes directly from us we can adapt it to your face and give you all the necessary demonstrations, this operation is always performed after the purchase not having the person in front available… I rejected any modifications and returned the product. 14 days after they received the glasses, and still no refund or answear on my mails.

sold some rubbish polaroid sunglasses which broke just after few weeks of use, was ignored by them after contacting, zero response, recommended to buy from elsewhere, if possible...

Articolo consegnato dopo quasi due mesi dall'acquisto. La politica dell'azienda è quella di vendere il prodotto senza averlo in magazzino. Bisognerebbe avere più rispetto per i consumatori.
