Ho acquistato un paio di occhiali da vista di marca su OtticaIT e l’esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. Prezzo competitivo e prodotto originale e conforme alla descrizione. La comunicazione è stata chiara e puntuale durante tutte le fasi dell’acquisto. Nel complesso sono rimasto soddisfatto e consiglierei OtticaIT a chi cerca occhiali di qualità a un buon prezzo.

I ordered glasses that were listed as 'in stock' with a 5-7 day delivery time. However, a few days after I paid, I received an email saying they were actually out of stock and wouldn't be available for another 20 days. Speed was very important to me. Unfortunately, they didn't even arrive within those 20 days; it took over a month in total. By then it was too late—I had to get another pair of prescription glasses made elsewhere because Otticait couldn't meet the deadline, which was quite frustrating. On a positive note, their communication was good; they replied to my emails, and the glasses did eventually arrive. I don't need them right now since I already have another pair, but I'll keep them and maybe get the prescription lenses fitted in a year or so.

Fantastic experience purchasing the Oakley Fall Line M ski goggles from Otticait. The goggles themselves are excellent — perfect helmet fit, incredibly wide field of view, and outstanding lens clarity in all conditions with no fogging at all. What really stood out, though, was Otticait’s service. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, the price was very competitive, and shipping was fast. The goggles arrived securely packaged and exactly as described. Otticait proved to be a reliable, professional retailer, and I would absolutely buy from them again. Tutto perfetto! Anche sotto Natale, l’ordine è stato prontamente gestito e gli occhiali sono arrivati in tempo per finire sotto l’albero. Esperienza da ripetere.

Compré unos lentes de la marca Moncler, por su buen precio, el material del marco y el tiempo de envío que era justo cuando mi amiga estaba en Europa. Hice una consulta al servicio al cliente y respondieron expeditamente. Recibí los lentes y son totalmente legítimos! La caja viene con un sobre de RFID para verificarlo :)

Shopping is simple. You put something in your shopping cart and pay. After that, it's only misery. Asked in advance if the sunglasses are in stock and they were there. so assumed that everything would go quickly. However, this did not happen. glasses were supposedly shipped but the status of this did not change. contacted several times and a month after ordering it was finally delivered. the only answer I had received was that it was shipped. They couldn't do anything else and I had to wait.
