Ordine eseguito il 26/1, dopo 3 solleciti e risposte vaghe su quando effettivamente partirà il pacco, il pacco viene finalmente spedito il 12/2, DICIASSETTE giorni dopo l'evasione dell'ordine, cosa ingiustificabile nel 2026. Ordine poi consegnato in meno di 24h da BRT.

I ordered glasses that were listed as 'in stock' with a 5-7 day delivery time. However, a few days after I paid, I received an email saying they were actually out of stock and wouldn't be available for another 20 days. Speed was very important to me. Unfortunately, they didn't even arrive within those 20 days; it took over a month in total. By then it was too late—I had to get another pair of prescription glasses made elsewhere because Otticait couldn't meet the deadline, which was quite frustrating. On a positive note, their communication was good; they replied to my emails, and the glasses did eventually arrive. I don't need them right now since I already have another pair, but I'll keep them and maybe get the prescription lenses fitted in a year or so.
