The customer service experience with Otticanet was good. They needed more info after I put in my order and were quick to resolve the issue. The order was promptly shipped and received on time. The box was damaged when it arrived, and the FedEx tracking also was confusing... I think these were issues on FedEx's end and not Otticanet's, though.

I have yet to receive anything I have ordered. I can only say that from the time I have placed an order I have yet to receive anything! Quite extraordinary.

Very terrible experience. I was made to pay extra because apparently they recommended a particular lens to fit the frame and after a very long wait, the glasses came damaged and after returning it, I am yet to hear from them. Customer service is horrible. I regret using otticanet.

Customer service was truly outstanding from start to finish. The team was attentive and even reached out to me personally to gather more information, making sure I would get the perfect pair of glasses. That extra care made such a difference. My glasses arrived quickly — especially impressive considering it was over the holidays — and I absolutely love them! Highly recommend Otticanet and the amazing service.

The product as always is authentic and exactly what I wanted. The delivery process was terrible - the product was delayed - 1st as “ out of stock” then taking weeks in transport. When I finally received the product 5 weeks after ordering the box was ripped open and had obviously been caught up in customs for inspection.

I bought Cartier’s glasses. But there were traces of use on the nose pads of the glasses. It was very poor quality fitting lenses. So I change the again at local shop.

I received my order in a very timely manner. Even though you don’t over progressive lens, my lens still turn dark when the sun hits them. I am very satisfied that I picked Otticanet to purchase my eyeglasses.
