I ordered a pair of sunglasses that arrived fairly fast. However they didnt not fit (too big) so I had to return them. As per Otticanet's policy, there are fees for shipping and for returns, but I did not expect to pay 63$ total in return fees when shipping fees were about 18$... so just for this I will not be a returning client as for now, as lots of competitors offer similar price range free shipping and free returns. Also the return process didnt quite work on the website, so I had to contact customer service (which were really helpful). Hopefully a better return process can be given to customers in a near future.

I loved the selection of oversized glasses and I found the perfect pair. It was an easy purchase I just had to upload a picture of my prescription.

I was looking for very specific frames and found them on the Otticamet website. Placed the order and was continuously updated on the status of the delivery. As expected it took about 10 days. The frames arrived on time and in good shape. Very pleased with the product and service.

I placed an order for a new Polo Ralph Lauren reading glasses frame and in less than 10 days have received them. All through the ordering process I received regular emails indicating where the order was prior to delivery. It was an excellent service and everything was an absolute breeze. The description for kids glasses couid have specified an approximate age group it fit. My kid is 10 and they would have looked ridiculous. They are meant for 5 year old and then I got to pay $18 to ship them back which made me immediately go buy the ones I wanted from Amazon. They always honor refunds when in your case I had to request to return the glasses I bought which nothing makes me more irritated. We shall see how quickly my refund gets to me since this company doesn’t seem very scrupulous.

We are sorry to know that the glasses you ordered does not fit your kid. Sizing for children's glasses can be quite difficult. While we do have a measurement guide on the product page to help, unfortunately, the manufacturer of this model does not provide specific age ranges for their frames. In our experience, size 52/14/125 generally fits children between 7 and 10 years old, but every child is unique! We really appreciate your feedback on this and will pass your suggestion along to the manufacturer to see if this can be made clearer in the future. Regarding the return shipping costs, I understand your frustration. While we do outline that return costs are the customer's responsibility in our Return Policy, we are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
