This was my first purchase from Otticanet. Fulfillment was a major problem, inconsistent with your published fulfillment policies, and downright unsatisfactory. Fulfillment took about 3 weeks before FedEx shipping. By the time of delivery, I had left the delivery address. Customer service did not send me a FedEx return label nor did they refunds and credit my charge card. I would never recommend anyone make a purchase from Otticanet based upon this experience which was totally unacceptable. And customer service had the nerve to shift blame to FedEx ! Inexcusable, unsatisfactory and inexcusable. Never order from Otticanet if you want to receive your purchase in a timely fashion! .

It was the worst experience. I order the item 11/29. It says. 20-25 days. And it finally shipped now 12/30 it still stuck at custom. I ask for help and no one has answer me so far. Not a great experience at all.

Hello, we checked and Fedex correctly delivered your parcel on January 8th. The order was placed on November 28th, and, according to the waiting time provided, we shipped it on December 16th. We apologize for the long delivery time that has been unexpected and out of our control. US Customs made some unusual random controls on import packages and this caused delays in the deliveries. We promptly sent to Fedex all the documents they requested to release the package. We ship glasses all over the world since more than 20 years and we have never had such a long delivery time. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we assure you that now Customs clearance process is back to normal. We remain at your disposal. Kind regards Otticanet

The process was very smooth, and the shipping notifications were terrific. The product arrived early and in time for Christmas. My son LOVES the glasses.

I was very pleased with every aspect of my purchase from Otticanet. I live in Oregon in the US and the shipping was quick and without any hitches. I am very pleased with the glasses that I purchased and the price was considerably less than any other vendor that I had found. I would highly recommend buying from this company

I liased with Arianna for my order and she was extremely helpful in dealing with the order / customs / freight issues. She was diligent and response was always quick even if had to refer to her manager.

Buying glasses from Otticant was straightforward and simple. The website was easy to use and the estimate of the time to delivery was accurate. The delivery to the UK using FedEx was very fast with frequent updates about the delivery. I would use Otticant again.
