Avant de commander mes lunettes, j'avais comme tout le monde quelques doutes sur la légimitimité d'une entreprise située sur un autre continent. Est-ce une arnaque, est-ce des copies, aurais-je de la difficulté à me faire rembourser si je n'aime pas le produit? J'ai fait confiance et je n'ai pas eu tort. Le produit a été livré dans les délais. Les lunettes étaient de véritables Matsuda avec certificat. Par contre le style ne me convenait pas et je les ai retournées. (Question de style, rien à voir avec la qualité du produit) Le retour et le remboursement se sont faits sans problèmes. Bien sûr j'ai absorbé la perte des frais de transports mais c'est tout à fait normal. Bref à ceux qui auraient des doutes; cette compagnie est fiable. Je recommande.

I still haven’t received my sunglasses and today is 4/10. I placed this order on 3/26 and it shipped on 3/30. There has been a customs clearance issue requiring additional documentation (which is the responsibility of Otticanet). I did communicate via email and they’ve been responsive. I have ordered from this company in the past and hadn’t encountered any issues. I did request a replacement shipment or that they issue a full refund if the package could not be released and neither was granted. I’m disappointed with their service and hesitant to recommend them now.

The item purchased was authentic and it was delivered in 3 days from Italy to N America, very great customer service from Arianna. I would certainly make a purchase again from Otticanet . Great price too

This has been a horrible online shopping experience. I ordered glasses over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order. FedEx tells me to call Otticanet and Otticanet tells me it’s a FedEx delay. 2 weeks is unacceptable in 2026.

Excellent service and great price for some seriously good looking designer sunglasses. Best price on the internet and includes shipping. No extra taxes to the UK even though shipped from Italy direct. Wasn't aware of this on purchase but it only took a few extra days for delivery so no big deal.

Rip off. Received damaged glasses and they asked for pictures and then they just stopped responding. Asked for refund and they did not respond. Damaged products and even worse customer service. Don’t buy from here.

Dear Otticanet, I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction regarding my undelivered shipment. The shipment (Tracking No. 399632431668) has not been delivered until now, despite the scheduled delivery date being clearly missed. The justification provided by FedEx — “delivery exception due to area conditions” — is completely unacceptable and does not reflect reality. Since placing this order, I have received four separate shipments via DHL to the exact same address, all delivered on time without any issue. This clearly proves that the problem lies entirely with your choice of shipping company, not with my location. It is extremely disappointing that you chose to save a few cents on shipping at the expense of customer experience. As a result, I am now forced to deal daily with one of the worst shipping companies in the region — a fact widely recognized by customers and businesses alike. This situation has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I expect immediate action from your side to resolve this issue without further delay. Please either: Ensure immediate delivery of the shipment, or Provide a full refund without any delay. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue further. Due to this unacceptable experience, I will not be purchasing from your website again.
