I still haven't received the shipment, the shipping company (DHL) is very bad and their procedures are slow, and the shipment is still in customs.

Hello, we checked and DHL correctly delivered your parcel. We apologize for the long delivery time that has been unexpected and out of our control. Saudi Arabia Customs made some unusual random controls on import packages and this caused delays in the deliveries. I ordered sunglasses here cheaper than I found in the store. Delivery was super fast! I ordered on a Tuesday and received my glasses on Friday!

There were scratches in the glass and the case cover which was sent along with the frame. It was not cleaned too. It seemed like a used one. But thought of not mentioning it. Over all an ok experience.

Moreover, all our employees use gloves to handle the glasses. Your parcel could have been opened and inspected by Customs and Customs workers may have touched them. If something is not ok with the order we usually suggest contacting our customer service immediately in order to make the timely investigations with the official manufacturer and to solve the issue. I like that the specific model of glasses frames were in stock, and shipped and arrived in less than a week to Alberta Canada. I was able to pop out the lenses and replace them with my prescription lenses and they fit just fine, which tells me the frames model provided was genuine and not a generic copy. If I break my frames again, or for future glasses needs, now I know where to go.
