Awful, I still haven't received the product, according to FedEx tracking it is being held up due to lack of customs information provided by your company, I haven't received any other updates from FedEx or your company thus far. Not to satisfied

Hello , we checked and Fedex correctly delivered your parcel. We apologize for the long delivery time that has been unexpected and out of our control. US Customs made some unusual random controls on import packages and this caused delays in the deliveries. We ship glasses all over the world since more than 20 years and we have never had so long delivery time. World class customer service! But the replacement arms I received, don't't look at all like the arms that broke on Garrett Leicht Markus frames I purchased. So I am back to a brand new pair of glasses with 2 temple tips cracked because the replacement arms I received don't look at all like what's even on the picture of the glasses I purchased. Never in my life had I had arms on a glasses break or ever have to shell out hundreds more on replacement arms that don't match or even look like what's in the photo of the glasses on stock photos of the Markus frames. Unbelievable.

Product has not gotten to me yet. Keep calling the number and no one picks up or answers the phone even when I leave a message. I think it’s very bad customer service.

I was very pleased with the eyeglasses frame and lenses — the quality and style were exactly what I was looking for. However, the delay in shipping the order was frustrating and took away from an otherwise great experience. I hope the delivery process can be improved in the future.

I am very disappointed. My order has been stuck in customs for weeks. FedEx notified two weeks ago that the shipper/seller provided inadequate information. I gave them more details.. even though this was not my responsibility. I had to google otticanet address and phone numbers to provide to customs.FedEx has had the information for weeks now the package still hasn’t moved and they say cannot help me, I just have to wait for the package to move through customs.

I waited two months for glasses without knowing it was a pre-order, and every time I asked about the delivery, no one had a clear answer. Very disappointing experience.

If the items are not immediately available, delivery times will depend on the availability of official suppliers. We will keep you updated via email on every detail"". We order all out of stock items to the official suppliers, that's why then we provided you with a new estimated shipping date. In your case, after you placed the order we informed you that the waiting time for your glasses was quite long, as they were on back order. Placing the order was easy and fine, however my package was delayed by customs due to incomplete paper work, it is nearly two weeks later and i still have not received my $1200 order. And customer service has been completely unhelpful with no answers.

The tom ford sunglasses I purchased arrived today and both the arms are severely bent. So much so that I cannot wear them without them falling off. I would like to return them or get some sort of compensation.
