Love my new sunglasses! I have to admit, I was skeptical at first. The glasses were out of stock, but as promised, they shipped the following week! Communication was great, I would absolutely buy from Otticanet again!

I am giving a 1 star because I waited about 2 months to receive my glasses . After 2 months of waiting I received them and the prescription made on my glasses was incorrect. The same day I received them I contacted customer service snd made them aware , I requested for them to give me a near by location where I could take the glasses so someone on their team can take a look at them for themselves and verify that they indeed did not fulfill the correct prescription. I also went back to my optometrist office to have them check the prescription on my glasses was correct , they stated it was indeed incorrect.unfortunately so far we are going on 2 weeks going back and forth with the customer service and they refuse to fix my glasses . I am very disappointed because the frames are super cute and it’s a shame that I can’t even wear my glasses due to the incorrect prescription being made.

The optician confirmed that we made the lenses correctly according to the prescription you sent us. Since we don't have a store in the USA, we proposed you to return the glasses in Italy in order to have the lenses checked again, but you refused. I haven’t received it yet it is stuck in customs

Hello , we checked and Fedex correctly delivered your parcel. We apologize for the long delivery time that has been unexpected and out of our control. US Customs made some unusual random controls on import packages and this caused delays in the deliveries. We ship glasses all over the world since more than 20 years and we have never had so long delivery time. Je suis extrêmement satisfait(e) de mon expérience sur ce site. Le service est hyper sérieux, les produits sont conformes à la description et d’excellente qualité. Ma commande a été traitée très rapidement, et la livraison a été ponctuelle, voire même plus rapide que prévu ! C’est rare de tomber sur un site aussi fiable. Je recommande les yeux fermés à toute personne qui cherche des lunettes en ligne avec un service client au top !!
