Have not received otder

Hello, we checked and Fedex correctly delivered your parcel. We apologize for the long delivery time that has been unexpected and out of our control. US Customs made some unusual random controls on import packages and this caused delays in the deliveries. We promptly sent to Fedex all the documents that they requested to release the package. We ship glasses all over the world since more than 20 years and we have never had so long delivery time. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we assure you that now Customs clearance process is back to normal. We remain at your disposal. Kind regards Otticanet

I still haven't received the shipment, the shipping company (DHL) is very bad and their procedures are slow, and the shipment is still in customs.

I ordered sunglasses here cheaper than I found in the store. Delivery was super fast! I ordered on a Tuesday and received my glasses on Friday!
