1.You dont accept PayPal, I had to try 3 times to purchase these leggings from you. 2. I Paid enormous amount for shipping 1 pair of leggings $75.00 3. Delivery promised on April 20th never arrived. 4.DHL charged another 37.00US dollars for so called Tarriffs I was not aware of at time of purchase. 5. Paid DHL pretentious Tarrifs 4.21 AND Package is Still NOT HERE. 6. Im very disappointed and Frustrated over a very small item.

Dear Customer, we are sorry to read your experience and we understand the inconvenience you encountered. However, we would like to provide you with some clarifications regarding the points reported: 1) PayPal payment: the first order appeared in our systems as "expired", probably due to a problem linked to the card used for payment. In fact, on the second attempt, the order was correctly confirmed. Please note that we regularly accept advance payments via PayPal every day without problems. 2) Shipping costs: the costs indicated depend on the international destination (United States) and are not determined by us, but by the DHL courier based on weight, volume and distance.3) Delivery times: the shipment departed on 04/17 (Friday). Considering that couriers do not operate on weekends, times are to be calculated on working days. Delivery occurred regularly on 04/22, therefore in less than 5 working days, a timing absolutely in line for an intercontinental shipment. 4) Customs charges: the additional costs reported by you relate to import duties and taxes, which are always borne by the customer and do not depend on the seller. 5) Delivery: we confirm that the package was correctly delivered on 22/04. We remain available for any further clarification and send you our warmest regards.
