My experience with Pelletterie was very positive, from start to finish. I did research on A-I to see if D & D were legitimate and they are because, as I remember, they have been in business for a dozen years or more without a physical store. For some reason, they wanted my tax code, and more info. I am ex-pat residing in Italy part-time. They worked with me before I placed my order to minimize the documents they needed. They wrote personal, not A-I generated, messages to me about the quality, a guarantee, a specific delivery date, etc. before I ordered. The roller suitcase, that I have not used, was made with beautifully-tanned leather, with quality wheels, stitching, zippers, and what looks like a sturdy sliding handle. I loved the leather and the details of the bag I ordered. I would love to see a color in between the brown and dark brown. Would highly recommend it.

Ho acquistato per la prima volta da D&D pelletterie nell'ultimo periodo e sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto, la qualità della pelle è eccezionale e la spedizione è stata istantanea , in un giorno era a casa. Insomma consigliatissimo.
