Esperienza d'acquisto ottima. Ho segnalato in chat un problema con l'inserimento di un diverso indirizzo di spedizione e il personale mi ha prontamente ricontattato risolvendo velocemente. Personale molto cordiale. Il prodotto da me ordinato era in lavorazione; mi hanno proposto alcune alternative di colore oppure una breve attesa (1 settimana). Nei tempi indicati è stato approntato e spedito con corriere 24H. Efficientissimi!

Did not receive any sort of confirmation email, have not had any updates about production of shoes. Feels very uncertain whether I’ll ever get them…

Customer service excellent. With many questions regarding their products they always responded immediately. I needed more details about dimensions which perhaps should be mentioned in the description of the product. I cannot complain about the quality and style. The choice of color relating to the history of the Casentino is perfect and the interior lining evokes the 60's. Fitting for this bag. The only suggestion would be to make the straps a little longer. I know it is a "tote" but being a winter bag having a few more centimeters to accommodate winter coats would make it useful as a shoulder bag as well.

I bought a leather keychain from this shop two years ago, and it still has the genuine leather smell until today. That’s exactly why I decided to buy keychains from them again. The quality is consistently great, and I’ll definitely keep coming back and recommend this place.
