Thank you for following up. Overall, I am pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the wallet I received—it's a beautiful piece, and I appreciate the attention to detail. That said, the delivery experience had some challenges. There was a delay in receiving the package, and I was unexpectedly asked to pay additional customs/VAT charges, even though I had already settled them earlier in the day. This created some confusion and inconvenience with the local courier. I believe this aspect could be improved by providing clearer information about potential duties during checkout and ensuring smoother coordination with shipping partners. Thank you again for your product and service—I look forward to shopping with you again in the future. Despite the shipping issue, the product itself and communication from the brand were solid, so a 4-star rating reflects a mostly positive experience with room for improvement on logistics.

My shopping experience was actually disappointing. I ordered a Fortunata line patchwork handbag and to me the handbags that were actually available to ship did not look like the Internet site photos nor what I remember in person at the factory store last year in September. I feel the quality level has changed since my visit. After reviewing other handbag options via email, I decided to request a refund. Appreciate the cooperation of the staff I worked with on email.
