Did not receive any sort of confirmation email, have not had any updates about production of shoes. Feels very uncertain whether I’ll ever get them…

We previously sent confirmation emails to proceed, but it seems they did not reach you, and we sincerely apologize for that. Sometimes emails can be filtered into the spam or junk folder.
