Gli occhiali sono originali, venduti ad un ottimo prezzo e sono arrivati nei tempi indicati (leggermente più alti di altri e-commerce ma niente di eclatante). Se avrò bisogno di fare altri acquisti mi affiderò sicuramente di nuovo a loro

Pessima esperienza: ho effettuato un doppio pagamento dello stesso articolo, per errore, pensando non mi fosse passata la prima transazione. Mi si sono generati, quindi, 2 ordini di cui uno, il n.100065505, ho fatto la richiesta di annullamento il giorno successivo e mi è stato annullato. Dopo più di venti giorni ancora non mi è stato mai rimborsato. Sono giorni che provo a chiamare entrambe i numeri del customer service, mandare mail, ma non mi risponde nessuno. SPARITI Trovo assurdo che non si possa comunicare con un'attività commerciale che basa molto del suo fatturato sulle vendite on-line e soprattutto non rimborsare i clienti e perdersi per 100 euro. Spero che, con questa segnalazione, il sig. Massimo possa darmi spiegazioni.
