Product arrived promptly but I was disappointed by the lack of information in the shipping information page. And was caught out by a hefty charge for import tax

Shopping online was easy. It’s when DHL requested £93.47 Import taxes etc for delivery was the shock because it was one third of the price of the item purchased. That amount was not expected otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered the item .

The trousers has a detail of bad stitch termination on its label tag I think when it was dispatched, you already knew of that because the stitch was already missing . I have expended £285.50 to get a not 100% quality product. That is not good from you. If you dispatch a product with details, you should have applied a discount. I will send the picture by email £228.75 cost £56.75 Custom £285.50 total
