I didn’t get the tracking code and the Sparco website was not showing my order in my account’s orders page. The only information I’ve received on my order is the confirmation email after I paid it and then a call from fedex when it arrived. I wrote a couple of emails to ask the status of my order, but no answer received.

Très mécontent de mon achat d'une chaise Gaming. En 3 ans, j'ai changé 2 fois le pied en croix tenant les roulettes. Compte tenu du prestige de la marque, la qualité n'est pas du tout au rendez vous. Service client impossible à avoir.

I ordered two customized pairs of shoes on the configurator (different models). Quality is high, size is great. I feel good in both models in size 48. My feet size normaly is 47-48 and it fits perfectly. I like the possibilites and design. Delivery was quick and precise. Perfect ! every point was a success and the customer services awesome too.
